Open Question: Is the 1995 Honda Civic a good car?

I'm looking into buying a 1995 Honda Civic Dx Sedan. It has 104k miles. I was wondering if anyone had any advice about this specific honda. Or any words of wisdom that would help influence my decision. It is my first car so I just want to read up on it. Thank you =) P.S. I'm getting the car checked by a mechanic.
